Glass wool is a kind of artificial fiber. It uses quartz sand, limestone, dolomite and other natural ores as the main raw materials, combined with some soda ash, borax and other chemical raw materials to dissolve into glass. In the melted state, it is thrown into flocculent fine fibers by means of external force and blowing. The fibers and the fibers are three-dimensionally crossed and entangled with each other, showing many small gaps. Such gaps can be regarded as pores. Therefore, glass wool can be regarded as a porous material with good thermal insulation and sound absorption properties.

The centrifugal glass wool felt also has very excellent shock absorption and sound absorption characteristics, especially has good absorption effect on low frequency and various vibration noises, which is beneficial to reduce noise pollution and improve the working environment.
The glass wool felt with aluminum foil veneer also has strong heat radiation resistance. It is an ideal sound insulation material for high-temperature workshops, control rooms, machine room linings, compartments and flat roofs.
Fireproof glass wool (can be covered with aluminum foil, etc.) has many advantages such as flame retardant, non-toxic, corrosion resistance, low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, strong chemical stability, low moisture absorption, good water repellency, etc.

The low content of glass wool slag ball and the slender fiber can well confine the air and prevent it from flowing. It eliminates the convection heat transfer of the air, greatly reduces the thermal conductivity of the product, and quickly attenuates the transmission of sound, so it has excellent thermal insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction effect.

Our glass wool has good high temperature thermal stability, durability and resistance to high temperature shrinkage. It can maintain safety, stability and high efficiency for a long time within the recommended operating temperature range and normal working conditions.

Water-based refers to the ability of a material to resist water penetration. Our glass wool achieves a water repellency rate of not less than 98%, which makes it have more continuous and stable thermal insulation performance.

It contains no asbestos, no mold, no microbial growth foundation, and is recognized as an environmentally friendly product by the National Building Materials Testing Center.
